Founded in 1983, Daybreak Crisis Pregnancy
Center provides a variety of free services and programs to meet
client needs.
Our services include:
Pregnancy Tests
Daybreak offers free pregnancy tests. We use a urine test which is accurate in laboratory tests up to 100%.
Counseling
Daybreak is primarily a center designed to counsel women who, if pregnant, find themselves in a crisis situation. Our office counselors are primarily volunteers who have been trained by staff in the methods of Biblical counseling. Our counseling is based open speaking the truth in love -- always offering hope and a future as God planned.
Hotline
When a woman is in a crisis situation she needs to be able to talk with someone who is calm and can calm her fears immediately. She is extremely vulnerable and is looking for anything that will take the pain out of her life. For this reason, Daybreak provides 24 hour service through our Hotline volunteers.
Parenting Classes
We have a four section Parenting format for single parents. Sessions include Baby Basics, Finance and Household Management, and our moral character series "Growing Kids God's Way".
Post Abortion Bible Studies
Daybreak uses the PACE Bible study with women who are suffering the emotional repercussions of abortion.
Personal Counselors
Occasionally we have a young woman who has been estranged from her family due to her pregnancy. When this happens Daybreak can provide her with a volunteer who can come along side of her offering friendship and a warm family environment.
Shepherding Homes
Daybreak has a few private homes that are open to help house, guide, and direct a young women with her spiritual and physical needs.
Long Term Counseling
Daybreak is able to offer professional counseling for clients through several licensed facilities throughout the Midlands.
Clothing
Daybreak offers a complete clothes closet for infants through 18 months. We also offer maternity clothing and baby furnishings to our clients.
We are constantly in search of items for infants and pregnant women. We accept any donations. Some of the items we are always looking for are listed below:

Donations are always gratefully accepted. If you have an item to donate, please do not hesitate to contact us or bring them by our office in Downtown Coumbia.
Limited Medical Clinic
Daybreak offers ultrasound technology to abortion vulnerable clients. our procedures can usually detect a visable beating heart as early as 4-6 weeks after conception. These procedures are under the supervision of licensed medical personal.
